BNW Developments’ Sydney office launch drew over 300 attendees, including investors and industry experts.

BNW Developments has established a new office in Sydney, becoming the latest developer from the UAE to enter Australia’s property market. The official opening attracted more than 300 attendees, including investors, industry experts, and financial advisors, reflecting rising demand for international real estate connections.

The Sydney branch will give Australian investors direct access to BNW’s collection of residential and mixed-use projects across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Its current lineup includes branded residential complexes and waterfront developments that integrate private living spaces with restaurants, entertainment venues, and tourism infrastructure. Key partnerships under development involve collaborations with Tonino Lamborghini, Radisson Blu, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

BNW’s total project value exceeds AED32 billion, encompassing high-profile ventures such as the Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Ras Al Khaimah and a master-planned community on Al Marjan Island, where the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort is currently being built. The developer recently introduced Dolce Residences, a limited-edition project on Al Marjan Island consisting of 93 luxury apartments alongside five retail units.

Dr. Ankur Aggarwal, BNW’s founder and chairman, observed that the Sydney launch event demonstrated strong Australian appetite for UAE property investments. “Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah offer a very different lifestyle proposition to Australia, from waterfront living and luxury hospitality to world-class dining, entertainment and tourism,” he said.

The new office will provide tailored assistance for buyers, streamlining their review of BNW’s projects and the acquisition process. This initiative follows a broader pattern of UAE developers expanding into Australia, where Arada and Sobha Realty have already established local operations.

Arada, which entered the Australian market in 2024, initially announced plans for a $2.5 billion pipeline encompassing over 2,500 homes. The company has since scaled its ambitions, now targeting eight projects totaling more than 5,000 residential units. Among its developments is a twin-tower complex on the Gold Coast, and it has acquired the New South Wales division of Roberts Co, reinforcing its local construction capabilities.

Sobha Realty, another major UAE developer, has secured land in Sydney and Queensland, positioning itself for sustained growth in Australia. The company, which reported AED30 billion in global sales last year, is also pursuing opportunities in the United States as part of its international expansion strategy.
