
Engel & Völkers has opened its first office in Maui, Hawaii, marking its fourth location in the state and expanding its presence in the U.S. The brokerage, which now operates four shops in Hawaii, aims to tap into the island’s luxury market through a team led by Dawn Maddux, Katie Moriarty, and Reggie Audant. The new office will serve buyers from Hawaii, the mainland, and international markets, according to a news release.
Maddux, who has expanded her Engel & Völkers business to 12 shops across four states, noted the opportunity to combine local expertise with a global network. Audant, with 26 years of experience in Maui, will also help guide the office. Stuart Siegel, CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas, called the move a chance to strengthen the brand’s presence in a “globally recognized premium market.”

Meanwhile, in Ohio, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has added Team Marzo to its ranks. The five-member group, led by James Marzo, brings $32 million in closed sales over the past year and over $108 million in total sales since 2021. The team previously worked at NextHome Realty and now operates from Howard Hanna’s office in Poland, Ohio. James Marzo said the move allows his group to leverage the company’s resources while maintaining local connections.
Alicia Kosec, president of Howard Hanna Northern Ohio and Michigan, praised Team Marzo’s “exceptional reputation” for professionalism and client focus. The group’s addition is expected to boost Howard Hanna’s presence in Mahoning Valley markets.

ERA Real Estate has also made a move, announcing a new affiliation with Illinois Real Estate Partners. The Chicago-area brokerage, which operates offices in Lombard and Chicago, will now do business as ERA Partners. Frank Scibior, founder and managing broker, said the partnership will give his firm access to ERA’s technology and training programs, supporting growth and recruiting efforts.
ERA’s President, Alex Vidal, highlighted Scibior’s ability to balance innovation with traditional practices. The affiliation is expected to help Illinois Real Estate Partners expand its footprint in the Chicago metro area and surrounding suburbs.

In Florida, Premier Estate Properties and Saunders & Associates have formed a strategic alliance. The two firms, which specialize in luxury real estate in Florida and the Hamptons, will share listing opportunities and referral networks. Premier Estate Properties, with over $22 billion in sales, operates seven offices along Florida’s East Coast. Saunders & Associates, based in the Hamptons, has closed over $25 billion in sales and rentals.
The partnership aims to boost exposure for listings in both regions while giving agents and clients access to broader high-end market connections. Both firms emphasized the value of collaboration in serving high-net-worth clients and coastal properties.
