The Agency’s recent move adds 1,200 agents and 26 offices across New York, New Jersey, and the Hudson Valley. The firm, which operates as a luxury boutique, now includes The Agency One Rock, led by Ilija Pavlovic. This expansion positions the company as a major player in the Northeast, where it already has its global headquarters. The strategy focuses on attracting independent brokerages seeking national reach while preserving local identity.

The new affiliate operates in New York City, Westchester County, and New Jersey. The Agency described the acquisition as one of the largest brokerage brand moves in the region in recent years. Pavlovic’s team will retain control over local operations, aligning with The Agency’s approach to growth. The firm’s statement emphasized a focus on culture over transaction volume, a contrast to industry trends.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services expanded its Lowcountry presence by acquiring Carolina Realty of the Port Royal, South Carolina. The firm’s founder, John Aust, and 14 agents joined Howard Hanna Allen Tate. The acquisition marks Howard Hanna’s third in the region in two years, following Alliance Group Realty and Coastal Properties. Aust cited the need for modern technology and resources as a reason for the partnership.

Century 21 Real Estate added Crew Real Estate to its network in North Texas. The brokerage, based in Van Alstyne and founded in 2022, now operates as Century 21 Crew. Van Alstyne, 50 miles north of Dallas, has seen residential growth and is attracting buyers seeking small-town access to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Douglas Elliman opened a Paris office in the 7th arrondissement, expanding its European presence. The firm now has offices in Bordeaux, the French Riviera, and Monaco. The move aims to strengthen its luxury market position and support cross-border clients. Coldwell Banker added Dean Ismajli’s team, the Dean Group, to its Boca Raton office. The team, which closed nearly $20 million in sales, focuses on luxury listings for celebrities and entrepreneurs.
